PURPOSE:To obtain the portable telephone terminal having an addition and distribution function of voice signals. CONSTITUTION:A conversion circuit 2 sends/receives an electric signal with an antenna 1 and sends/receives a channel signal with a channel multiplexer/ demultiplexer circuit 3. The channel multiplexer/demultiplexer circuit 3 demultiplexes the channel signal into a control channel and individual voice signal channel and multiplexes the control channel and the individual voice signal channels into one channel signal. A control circuit 4 applies termination control to the control channel. An adder circuit 5 adds voice signals superimposed on respective channels demultiplexed by the channel multiplexer/ demultiplexer circuit 3. A voice amplifier circuit 6 converts the voice signal added by the adder circuit into a prescribed listening sound pressure level and converts a voice uttered by a subscriber into a prescribed electric signal level. A voice distribution circuit 7 distributes voice signals outputted from the voice amplifier circuit into each channel.
