The device has die holders (5), in the form of hydraulic pistons with conical heads, located between the rotor axis and reference circle of the dies (10). Combined movement of the die holders is provided by a hydraulic component on the die table. The die holders are located in bores radial to the rotor axis. Plugs (7) are screwed into radial bores on the outer edge of the table and die pins are located in the holders and press against springs (8) in the plugs.
