The housing (1) consists of a conical side, and a cylindrical part with a sealing surface (2) with a radius of 3 mm. The side of the conical housing has a lid (6) of a shape fitting the flap (11). It has a flap mounting (7) and symmetrical protuberances (10). The cylindrical part of the housing has surfaces (12) firmly connected to the flap and which fit into holes (4) in the housing, leaving a gap all round. The surfaces are defined by arms (5) and by the outer wall of the housing. A conically curved flap, rubber coated on all sides, has an accumulation of material on the conical housing side.
