<p>The servo valve includes a distributor body (1) having a utilisation port (2), a supply port (3) and a return port (4). A slide valve (5) is mounted for sliding along the interior of the distributor (1), between a first position isolating the utilisation port (2) and the supply and return ports, a second position connecting the utilisation port to the supply port (3), and a third position connecting the utilisation port to the return port (4). The slide valve (5) defines with the distributor body (1), two control chambers (9,10) supplied by a control fluid, a utilisation chamber (7) connected to the utilisation port (2) by a utilisation passage (6), and a damping chamber (15) including a mechanical device (18) for reducing the hydraulic stiffness and connecting the utilisation port (2) via a control passage (13) comprising a calibrated port (14).</p> |
