An electric diaper pad for children is manufactured. Several soft and very thin electric wires(5, 5', 5'') and (6, 6', 6'') are arranged between three absorption papers(2, 3, 3') and (4). It is suspended power supply in dry attaching the absorption paper(3, 3') between the electric wires (5, 5', 5'') and (6, 6', 6''). A size of the absorption paper(3) is formed in accordance with a length of the electric wires(5, 5', 5'') and (6, 6', 6'') to prevent a contact, and the electric wire(5, 5', 5'') and (6, 6', 6'') are adhere closely. A head part is inserted in ring type connecting pins(7, 7'), and connected to joint parts(8, 8') pushing a lower part.
