PURPOSE:To facilitate variation and regulation without needing a man-hour, by a method wherein regulation of variation of a distance of a handle to a working part is effected through utilization of rotation of an axle. CONSTITUTION:Through control of shifting of the connection side of a clutch mechanism 14 by which to engage and disengage the one axle 5 with and from a swing arm 13, the axle 5 is connected the swing arm 13. Rotation of the axle 5 is transmitted to a handle 12 through the swing arm 13 and the like, and a distance of the handle 12 to a working part 9 is varied and regulated. When wheels are rotated so that a machine body slightly runs forward by controlling and shifting a clutch mechanism 14 to the connection side, the rotation force of the axle 5 is transmitted to the swing arm 13 through the clutch mechanism 14. In linkage with rotation of the swing arm, the handle 12 is varied and regulated downward and approaches the working part 9, and if a ground height H1 of the handle is held at a specified value, a working machine is lifted upward. |
