<p>PURPOSE:To crush treated sludge together with water for accelerating the decomposition of microbes, and also carry out the work by setting baffle plates above and below a pressurized water jet hole and forming a projected section or a recessed section on the position where the baffle plates face the jet hole. CONSTITUTION:Sludge to be jetted from a jet hole 5 on the center of a large diameter disk 1 toward a spherical projection 3 of a small diameter disk 2 collides with the facing spherical projection 3 first and is scattered into various angles, and small lumps in the treated sludge are crushed primarily by the impact of collision. The majority of scattered water is further diffused and sprayed outside both disks 1 and 2 while repeating the collisions with the lower surface of the large diameter disk 1 and the upper surface of the small diameter disk 2, and brought into cross contact with water splashed back by the collision of flows of water each other scattered on the spherical projection 3 and water spray partitions 4 and 4'. The water, therefore, is in the violently turbulent state and small lumps in the treated sludge are almost in the state of being crushed and mixed with water while being dispersed in the air as being diffused.</p> |
