PURPOSE:To facilitate kneading and a handling work of a kneaded product and to improve the fluidity by adding fly ash to a castable refractory incorporating a binder having curing performance at ordinary temp. CONSTITUTION:0.5-20 pts.wt. fly ash having <=40mum particle size are added to 100 pts.wt. the castable refractories incorporating the binder having curing performance at ordinary temp. such as alumina cement, and, as necessary, a dispersant such as phosphate of alkali metal and super-fine refractory powder having <=50mum particle size such as silica flower. Thus, a free flow value (a diameter when a mountain having 10mm in diameter is spread without vibration after three min.) showing self-fluidity can be enhanced. |
