PURPOSE:To produce an FRP molded product having a spherical surface part free from voids and prevented from peeling or cracking by arranging reinforcing fibers for a bottom part on the spherical surface part of an inner mold and subsequently arranging reinforcing fibers for a side wall part to the cylindrical part of the inner mold so as to continue to the reinforcing fibers for the bottom part and fitting an outer mold to the periphery of the reinforcing fibers to infiltrate a matrix resin into the reinforcing fibers between the inner and outer molds under vacuum to cure the same. CONSTITUTION:The spherical surface part 3 of an inner mold 2 is pressed to the upper surface of a reinforcing fiber l wound in a roll form to shift the winding of the roll winding surface of the reinforcing fiber along the spherical surface part to form the reinforcing fiber layer of a bottom part 4. Subsequently, a reinforcing fiber is wound around the cylindrical part 5 of the inner mold 2 so as to continue to the reinforcing fiber layer of the bottom part 4 to form the reinforcing fiber layer of a side wall part. An outer mold is fitted to the outside of the spherical surface part 4 and cylindrical part 6 of the inner mold and a matrix resin is infiltrated into the reinforcing fiber layers between the inner and outer molds under vacuum and cured to obtain an FRP molded product having a spherical surface part free from bonded part in the spherical bottom part 4 and the cylindrical side wall part 6. |
