<p>PURPOSE:To maintain organic matter treatment capacity stably by controlling exhaust quantity according to organics quantity within a treatment container. CONSTITUTION:Whether dew condensations are on the inner surfaces of a carrier 6 and of a treatment container 5 containing organic matter or not, is detected by means of dew condensation sensors 37. When the dew condensations are thus detected by the dew condensations sensors 37, air within the treatment container 5 is exhausted by means of a blower. Humidity within the treatment container is thus lowered.</p> |
