The apparatus winds the vinyl packing sheet used for packing foods and printed repeatedly in various colours and patterns. It comprises a plurality of air flow holes(4') perforated in the circuference of a winding roller shaft(4); a reciprocating drive hole(51) connecting to an exposed hole(50) in order to penetrate the inner and outer part of a friction core(12); an actuation member(56) having a curved bottom face(55); an O ring(57) inserted into the reciprocating drive hole(51); a pressing plate(60) inserted into the exposed hole(50).
