<p>PURPOSE:To attain an improvement in productivity together with simplification of a process by incorporating discrete electrodes and common electrodes so that the discrete electrodes are positioned on one side of the whole of a laminated piezoelectric element and the common electrodes on the other. CONSTITUTION:A unit body of laminated members constituting a piezoelectric element block 2 is formed by laminating sequentially a discrete electrode 3, a plate-shaped piezo-electric element member 4 formed in the shape of a quadrilateral plate, a common electrode 5 constituted of a plate-shaped conductive material and the piezoelectric element member 4. The unit body of the laminated members formed in this way is laminated in a plurality roughly and sequentially and thereby the piezoelectric element block 2 is formed. For each of a plurality of discrete electrodes 3 constituting electrodes on one side of the laminated piezoelectric element members 4 in a plurality, an electrode member with cut grooves which is formed by cutting a plurality of grooves at equal intervals and symmetrically laterally from the opposite end edges toward the center line thereof is used. The cut grooves are disposed at the tame positions so as to double a production capacity.</p> |
