PURPOSE:To provide a reflecting plate by which high reflectance is provided and excellently maintained, reflected light has little unevenness of brightness, and no directivity and no glittering appearance is provided. CONSTITUTION:In a reflecting plate, a transparent resin layer (2) whose surface has an uneven fine structure containing particles with a mean particle diameter of 0.5-5mum is provided on one side of a light transmitting supporting film (l), and a metal reflecting layer (3) whose reflecting face has an uneven fine structure is arranged on the surface of the transparent resin layer (2). In this way, incident light is dispersed satisfactorily on the reflecting face so that reflected light excellent in uniformity of luminous intensity can be obtained, and as a result, reduction in reflectance due to oxidation of the reflecting face consisting of metal can be prevented. |
