The bearing has an inner portion (1) which works in a bore in an outer one via balls (10) in a cage (5). In one or more sections of the cage periphery elastic domed protruding portions (22) are formed. The cage can be elliptical or polygonal in shape. There can be a rib (21) in the cage with an elastic portion protruding in the radial direction for part of its axial length. At one of the pockets for the balls the cage edge can be cut away, so as to form a spring acting towards the outer portion.
