<p>PURPOSE:To provide a suspender which allows even an unskilled person to suspend a long material up and down in safety with high workability. CONSTITUTION:Link mechanisms 25, 25 and hydraulic cylinders 35, 35 are fixed detachably to the upper and lower sides of a fixing board 21 installed in safety through a mounting/demounting plate 26. The lower hydraulic cylinder 35 is operated through one hydraulic pump 39 to actuate the oscillation link 29 of the link mechanism thus pushing up a disaster preventive trough 41 by means of a rudder through a suspension link 30. The upper hydraulic cylinder 35 is operated through the other hydraulic pump 39 to actuate the oscillation link 29 of the upper link mechanism 25 thus suspending the disaster preventive trough 41 by means of the suspension link 31 through a string 33.</p> |
