PURPOSE:To obtain a new thienotriazolodiazepine compound useful for treating inflammatory diseases, allergic diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune diseases, etc., having inhibitory action on leukocyte adhesion. CONSTITUTION:This compound of formula I [Ar is phenyl, pyridyl, thienyl, etc.; R<1> and R<2> each is H, a halogen, a 1-6C alkyl, etc.; R<3> is 1, a halogen or 1-6C alkyl; R<4> and R<5> each is H or (CH2)nYH ((n) is 0-6; Y is O or S), etc.] such as N-(4-(4-chlorophenyl)-2,3,9-trimethyl-6H-thieno[3,2-f] [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a] (1,4]diazepin-6-yl)-N'-(2-hydorxyethyl)urea. The compound of formula I is obtained by reacting a compound of formula II with 1,1'-carbonyldiimidazole to give a carbamoylimidazole derivative and reacting the derivative with an amine of formula III. |
