<p>PURPOSE:To detect the slip over total length by detecting slip through the slip detection by a comparing circuit, the slip detection by a frequency detector and the difference in the times when a material to be rolled passes a rolling mill and an outgoing side detector. CONSTITUTION:A load P of a rolling mill after ON+ timer is stored in a memory circuit 6 by a load relay 3 of a rolling mill 1. A subsequent rolling load P and the load P0 are compared by a comparing circuit 7, the time at which a rolling electric current is extremely decreased is a slip detection 1. Also, the time at which a rolling electric current I is vibrating is detected, this is a slip detection 2. Further, the detection of the time difference from the load relay of a slip detecting device to ON of outgoing side HMD is a slip detection 3. when any one among the slip detections 1, 2, 3 is detected, it is the slip detection.</p> |
