PURPOSE:To obtain a silicone rubber composition containing a diorganopolysilioxane, an organihydrogenpolysiloxane, a platinum group metal- based catalyst and an organosilicon compound in a specified ratio, excellent in transparency and extrusion molding properties and capable of producing a molding free from a foam. CONSTITUTION:This rubber composition contains (A) 100 pts.wt. diorganipolysiloxane of the formula R<1>a Si(4-2)/2 [R<1> is composed of univalent hydrocarbons in which aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbons occupy 0.01 to 15mol%; (a) is 1.95 to 2.05], (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having two or more SiH groups in one molecule in an amount of 0.5 to 10mol on SiH base, based on 1mol aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbons in the component (A), (C) a catalytic amount of a platinum group metal-based catalyst and (D) 0.1 to 2 pts.wt. organosilicon compound of the formula [R<2>, R<5> and R<6> are each a univalent hydrocarbon not containing an aliphatic unsaturated bond; R<3> is a univalent hydrocarbon; R<4> is H or methyl; (n) is 0 to 3]. |
