PURPOSE:To dispense with the finish processing of the mark of a resin magnet injection port and to enhance the smoothness of a roller main body part by forming at least one end part of a magnet roller as a projecting part having a diameter finer than that of a main body part and injecting a resin magnet into a mold from the projecting part to mold the same in a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:A mold 1 is constituted of split mold 1a, 1b and a resin magnet injection port 2 is provided to the split mold 1b. The interior of the mold 1 is formed into the shapes corresponding to the main body part and single end part of a resin magnet roller, a projecting part 3 having a diameter finer than the main body part and a shaft part 4. The resin magnet injection port 2 is provided to the inner surface of the mold 1 corresponding to the projecting part 3. A resin magnet material is supplied into the mold 1 in a molten state from the resin magnet injection port 2 and subjected to magnetic field injection molding by the magnetic member arranged around the mold 1. |
