PURPOSE:To enable outputting to a shared file when there is no error by converting a first code to be used by a present device so as to eliminate error in a second code used for the shared file, holding the converted code, performing the conversion to a third code excepting for the first and second codes as dummy and discriminating the presence/absence of error. CONSTITUTION:When inputting the input data due to the first code prepared or updated by an information processor 1 to a shared file 6, the shared file 6 is accessed and control data 6a are extracted. Then, the class information of the second code of the shared file and the third code to be used for the other information device connected to a network is provided. The second code is instructed to a code converting part 3 as a control signal, and the third code is instructed to another code system conversion deciding part 4 as the control signal of conversion decision. Then, the input data are converted from the first code to the second code and held. Afterwards, the third code is temporarily converted by the deciding part 4, and the generation of error is decided. |
