PURPOSE:To spread a solar cell unit by reducing the size and cost thereof. CONSTITUTION:The solar cell unit 1 comprises solar cells 2 having increased capacity in order to generate power even under cloudy or rainy weather, and an electric double layer capacitor 3 having capacity just enough to store power being consumed by a load 6 in a day so that daily power consumption of the load 6 can be supplied by the solar cell unit 1. This constitution realized reduction in size and cost without requiring a large high capacity battery. |
