<p>PURPOSE:To speedily and surely grasp states in regard to a fault and also to avoid the decrease in operation efficiency by placing an operator device and terminal devices for service engineers, which are connected by a network, in operation through a sound data base, a map data base, a management data base, etc. CONSTITUTION:The operator device 2 and mobile terminal devices 1a, 1b... for maintenance are connected via the LAN4, and a conversation between an operator and a customer based upon customer's calling is stored in the sound data base(DB) in a sound storage device 3. In the map DB in a map DB device 5, on the other hand, maintenance area information is stored and in the management DB in a maintenance state management device 16, maintenance management information is stored. The devices 2, and 1a, 1b... have a mutual communication through the data bases DB in the devices 3-6; and persons in charge of maintenance can speedily and accurately grasp the fact of fault occurrence, the state of the fault, and position information and the decrease in operation efficiency can be prevented by a man-to-man communication between the operator and person in charge of maintenance.</p> |
