The packaging method consists of unrolling two films of plastics towards each other and then laterally welding the assembled films to form a sheath and a sachet bottom. A measure of the product is diverted into the sheath. The sheath sides are then tightened about the product to leave a space of smaller dimension than the smallest solid element contained in the liquid. The tightened zone is then slid towards the product measure through a predetermined distance to obtain a controlled return of liquid in the welded zone. The sachet is then cut and separated. The sachet is sealed by welding on two lines parallel with the cut in order to obtain simultaneous closing under vacuum. |
