<p>Spectacles comprising two lenses (1) cut to a suitable shape for a user. The edge of each lens comprises a peripheral groove (3) and each lens (1) is surrounded by a wire (2) received in said groove (3). Means (9, 10) are provided for tensioning the wire (2) with a predetermined force, and further means (5, 6) are provided for fastening the wires (3) surrounding the lenses (1) while forming a nose pad. Additional means (9, 10) are provided for connecting the wire (3) surrounding each lens (1) to a side piece (11) of the spectacles frame.</p> |
