The device is an intubation guide for the easy and accurate positioning of an endotracheal tube (51). The device includes an upper handle portion and a lower blade portion with a plurality of spaced conduits longitudinally extending from the upper portion into the lower portion of the guide. One of the conduits (32) is adapted to receive the endotracheal tube (51). A second conduit (33) is adapted to be connected to a suction source. A third conduit (35) includes an eyepiece (34) cooperatively attached thereto and positioned in the upper handle portion. The third conduit (35) terminates within the lower blade portion, thereby preventing contact with the bodily fluid of the patient.
