Disc brake comprising a caliper (1) straddling a disc (2), a yoke mounted on the vehicle, a cylinder (4) integral with the caliper and closed by a piston (5), at least one small guiding column (6, 7), a blind bore (8, 9) wherein slides the small column, and two fricton brake pads (10, 11). The small column and the bore are, in relation to the cylinder, arranged so that the air is compressed at the bottom of the bore when the brake is actuated, the air so confined expanding through the rise in temperature of the brake and returning the caliper to its rest position. |
