PURPOSE:To provide the title film optimum corresponding to a use by further adding a separate layer to a specific laminated film. CONSTITUTION:A film A based on a thermoplastic resin A and particles is laminated to at least the single surface of a film B based on a thermoplastic resin B to obtain a biaxially oriented thermoplastic film wherein the average particle size of the particles contained in the film A is 0.1-10 times the thickness of the film A and the content thereof in the film A is 0.01- below 0.5wt.%. AC-layer composed of at least one layer selected from a discontinuous film (a) with a height of 10-1000Angstrom , a low crystalline resin layer (b) with a crystallizing parameter DELTATcg of 80 deg.C or higher and an antistatic resin layer (c) with surface resistance of 10<14>W/square or less is provided on at least the single surface of the film.
