MANUFACTURING METHOD OF OSMOSIS MEMBRANE FOR COMPONENTS

A composite semipermeable membrane was manufactured by a crosslinking reaction of 0.5-1.0 wt. % aq. solution of polyethylene imine and a mixed crosslinking agent solution of 5-chlorosulfonylisophthalic chloride and isophthalic chloride on the porous support membrane. Thus, a porous polysulfone membrane reinforced by a nonwoven fabrics was impregnated for 60 sec in the 1 wt. % aq. solution of polyethylene imine, and dried for 10 min to remove the excess polyethylene imine. The treated membrane was reacted with the mixed solution of 5-chlorosulfonylisophthalic chloride and isophthalic chloride at room temp in n-hexane for 30 sec, and heat-treated at 120 deg. C for 5 min.
