REFING METHOD OF HYDROGEN FLUORIDE

摘要

The hydrogen fluoride generated from the reaction of a fluorite and a sulfuric acid was purified using a refining tower by a multi-step distillation method. A liquid hydrogen fluoride in the bottom of the refining tower(11) was recycled to the removing tower of a high boiling point material(5) through a recycling pipe(24) and a storage tank of a refluxing liquid(8), thereafter the refined hydrogen fluoride was effused from an effluent pipe(22). A part of the hydrogen fluoride steam was condensed and recycled to the refining tower(11).
