PURPOSE:To handle an object graphic as a single graphic by recognizing a composite graphic as one graphic even in a library, and plotting a composite polygon on the basis of each dividing point or each control point having been rearranged. CONSTITUTION:An input device 1 is constituted of a keyboard and a pointing device, etc., and a display device 2 is constituted of a CRT display or an LCD display, etc., and a central processing unit (CPU) 3 controls each device on the basis of various kinds of composite graphic processing program stored in a storage device 4. Then, the composite graphic is decomposed into basic graphics by a target device having plotting ability, and the dividing point is obtained by dividing the contour line of each basic graphic into definite length, and the control point for plotting a curve is obtained from this dividing point. Further, the composite graphic is plotted as the polygon by considering this dividing point to be an apex, and the curve is plotted by the control point, and the composite graphic is recognized as one graphic even in the library. |
