PURPOSE:To provide a light beam-tracking calculating device which executes cross-over judgement in light beam-tracking at a high speed without deteriorating precision. CONSTITUTION:Shape data is inputted three-dimensionally to a three-dimensional shape processing part 11 in s shape operating part 10, and if shape has periodicity, a periodic boundary condition is given by a periodic boundary condition processing part 12, and after determining the cross-over of a light beam and an object shape by a cross-over judging part 14, a succeeding light beam is calculated by a succeeding light beam calculating part 13 while referring to the periodic boundary condition of the periodic boundary condition processing part 12. |
