PURPOSE:To sharply improve productivity and cut down the cost in its turn by molding and uniting a ring-shaped NdFeB bond magnet and a ring-shaped back yoke within a compression-molding mold which has upper and lower punches doubled on inside and outside. CONSTITUTION:Only the lower inner punch 8 is lowered and magnet compound M is supplied into the inner space 6 in diametrical direction, and the magnet compound M is pressed by lowering the upper inner punch 8 so as to compress and mold a ring-shaped NdFeB bond magnet 1. Next, the lower outside punch 9a is lowered, and yoke compound Y is supplied into outside space 7 in diametrical direction, and the yoke compound Y is pressed by lowering the upper outside punch 9b so as to compress and mold a ring-shaped back yoke 2. At the same time with it, this back yoke 2 is united with the adjacent NdFeb bond magnet 1 so as to form a two-layer structure of yoke-united unmagnetized molded item 10. Next, it is taken out of the mold. |
