PURPOSE:To form a three dimensional area which is larger than that in a conventional technique, and comfortable temperature distribution by improving a technique to feed cool/hot air for a local air conditioning. CONSTITUTION:Cool/hot air is fed from a cooling/heating machine, which is not shown in the sketch, into an air chamber 7. The lower surface of the air chamber 7 is formed of a porous plate (e.g. a fixed porous plate 8) for which a large number of fine holes are arranged, and a large number of thin cool/hot air streams are jetted downward through these fine holes. At the time of cooling, cool air is jetted mainly from a large number of fine holes, and at the time of heating, hot air is jetted mainly from slits 10 which are provided around the porous plate. |
