PURPOSE: To provide a taking-in/out cashbox having a cashbox operating device in which the satisfactory assignment of a money amount prepared for either one of the two tellers is given, and only a single paper money paying part is provided for the two tellers and whose constitution is attained in terms of human engineering with beautiful design. CONSTITUTION: The cashbox operating device 7 in which only the single banknote paying device 11 and a paper money receiving device 39 are provided so as to be selectively operated by the two tellers 4a and 4b in the taking-in/out cashbox 1. In the cashbox 1, the paying port of the paper money paying device 11 can be closed by covers 13a and 13b consisting of two parts, and one port part adjacent to the corresponding teller 4a or 4b can be opened each time for paying paper moneies. |
