PURPOSE:To suppress the peak value of switching noises when inductive load is supplied with pulse-shaped currents from an inverter circuit. CONSTITUTION:A power supply device has a DC/DC converter circuit 16 converting DC output from a converter circuit into a plurality of DC having different voltage, an inverter circuit 18 and a controller 24, and the inverter circuit 18, in which transistors 35-38 as switching elements are connected in series, forms the pulses of different current values on the basis of driving pulses output from the controller 24, and supplies a primary coil 30 as inductive load with currents by the pulses. |
