<p>PURPOSE:To improve quality and reduce the cost of a flat cable used for a cable reel to transmit and receive an electric signal between a movable body and a fixed body like a steering device for an automobile. CONSTITUTION:A flat cable 21 is composed of terminals 32a, 32b 7 and 32c, a base member 31 and a cover 37. A conductor exposure part of a flat cable material 21a is arranged in the base member 31 on which the terminals 32a, 32b and 32c are arranged, and the cover 37 is incorporated, and the flat cable material 21a and the terminals 32a, 32b and 32c are joined together by mutually opposing through-holes 35 and 36 arranged in the base member 31 and the cover 37. Thereby, positioning accuracy of the flat cable meterial 21a is improved, and assembling manhours are reduced.</p> |
