<p>PURPOSE:To prevent faulty operation due to wear of a mechanism which opens and closes contact pins made in contact with a lead so as to prevent operation rate from lowering by temporary stop and appearance from deteriorating due to bend of the leads when a PGA(pin grid array) type semi-conductor device is selected by a handler. CONSTITUTION:A contact main body 2 which incorporates a socket main body 6, a horizontally movable slide plate 7 provided in it, a shaft 8 installed on a lever 1, and a pivot shaft 4 for supporting the lever 1 and a pivot fixed block 5 for supporting the pivot shaft 4 are installed on a substrate 3. Also a cylinder 16 is provided independently over it and driven to push a PGA11 into the recessed part of a contactor main body and push down the lever 1, moving the slide plate 7 horizontally by the shaft 8 oscillating according to the operation of the lever 1 so as to hold the lead of the PGA11 by contact pins 9 for providing contact.</p> |
