摘要 PURPOSE:To accurately control an object to be controlled, to realize a stable action and to enhance the performance of a copying machine and image quality by detecting both of frictional load and intertial load as for the property of the load applied to a motor and optimally setting the control servo gain of the motor based on the detected result. CONSTITUTION:A timer is set and the motor is started. The revolving speed of the motor is sampled until it arrives at the set revolving speed. The revolving speed of the motor is detected by converting the frequency of the output of a rotary encoder RE integrated in the motor to a voltage. In the case of constant-speed control, the current of the motor when the revolving speed arrives at the set revolving speed is detected by an amperemeter. By a CPU, the tendency of the inertial load and the tendency of the frictional load of the motor are detected based on the measured value and the gain of the motor is decided. Therefore, the object to be controlled can be accurately controlled and the stable action is realized. Besides, since the device can cope with the wide variance of the load, the variance of mass-production is easily absorbed and adjusting work at an assembling time is simplified.
