PURPOSE:To save the labor in the reception work and to effectively arrange the reception members to offer the even reception service to the visitors by effectively performing a series of reception jobs including the identification through the reception of visitors and also collecting and controlling the information on the visitors in a unitary way even with no residence of the reception members at the window. CONSTITUTION:A reception window terminal 1 is constituted of a visiting card read controller 11, a processor 16 which is connected to the device 11 via a communication line, a storage 15, a display 12, a keyboard 13a, a pointing device 13b and a printer 14. Then the terminal 1 contacts a desired visiting destination and guides a visitor to his interview place by the operation of the visitor himself. A reception control section terminal 2 generates and manages the appointment information on visitors and also the reference information and the service information needed for reception of visitors and then performs the substitute reception processing, etc., required when a desired opposite party is absent. Furthermore a group of telephone sets 32 of each section are connected to the terminal 1 by a private telephone network 3 and via a PBX 31 for transfer of the reception messages to the visitors. |
