Ventilation arrangement suitable for being positioned in a frame together with a panel, in particular an insulating glass pane. The ventilation arrangement comprises a housing with ventilation means, said housing being designed at one side for being joined to the panel and on the opposite side being provided with two projecting flanges which in the mounted state each substantially lie in one plane with the corresponding face of the panel. In this arrangement, at least one of the flanges forms a contact area (bedding) for one or more flanges [lacuna] a border section which is at an angle with respect to the section bordering the housing and forms a bearing surface for one or more glazing blocks.
