A mixing device (1) is attached to the incoming air channel for the engine and comprises a radially movable air regulating throttle (2) provided with a throttle axle (3) connected to the necessary axle regulating device, enabling the opening angle of the axle to be set in order to allow the required amt. of air to pass through to give the desired no. of revolutions for the engine. A body (5) contained in a specially shaped gas-tight chamber (9) is connected to the throttle axle (3) and shaped so that circular movement of the body (5) with the aid of the throttle axle (3) is used to increase or decrease the throughflow area of the passageway w.r.t. incoming air channel.
