The assembly attachment of two metal sheets (2,4), where the edges of the sheets are deformed in the shape of waves with a concavity facing upwards, is by the employment of an extruded recessed section (1) of which the edge of one sheet (2) provided with formed sections (3) along its length, engages in this recess. The second sheet (4) covers the section (1) with the aid of a fold (5), and also contains on its edge formed sections (6) which also engage in this recess. The two sheets (2,4) are held in place by a spring clip (7) and are also prevented from rotating in respect to the attachment section by this clip.
