Composites are produced by hot-pressing lignocellulose-containing materials and/or other organic and/or inorganic materials mixed and/or impregnated with polyisocyanate as the binder using an agent for releasing the moulding from the surface of the metal press or metal base plate used, in which perfluoroalkyl-group-containing organic compounds with a molecular weight of over 500 are used as a release agent, in which the perfluoroalkyl group has the formula -CnF2n+1, n being an integer from 4 to 20, preferably 6 to 14, and contains one and preferably only one terminal CF3 group.
