<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a cement product by using a lightweight mortar having excellent fluidity, not requiring labor for leveling, etc., castable even in a mold of a complicated shape and to provide a method for producing the cement product. CONSTITUTION:This cement product is produced by blending a mixture of a ball-shaped small lightweight aggregate, fly ash, reinforcing fibers and water in the weight ratio of 0.1-1.0, 0.3-1.5, 0.01-0.02 and 0.35-1.2 with a small amount of a high-performance water reducing agent composed of a water-soluble surfactant and a small amount of a specific gravity separation reducing agent to give a lightweight mortar and casting the mortar into a mold.</p> |
