PURPOSE: To achieve the printing of a full-color image without generating the image irregularity caused by stripes generated from LED exposure by forming writing spots into at least one line by a light source and forming a line forming color light defferent from the color light formed in other line by the light source. CONSTITUTION: A light arranging device moved corresponding to a photosensitive material 24 has a plurality of indivisually designable light sources arranged so as not only to form a plurality of writing spots on the photosensitive material as a plurality of lines comprising writing spots but also to arrange the lines substantially in parallel to a high speed scanning direction.
