PURPOSE:To regularly form fine through holes by providing a first block having a large number of particles having acute angle and specified hardness attached on its surface, a second block having a desired protruding pattern formed on its surface, and an organic high polymer sheet having elasticity covering the protruding pattern forming face of the second block. CONSTITUTION:On a top face of a first block 2, a large number of particles having acute angle and Mohs' hardness of 5 or higher, for example, synthetic diamond particles 3 are electrodeposited through an electrodepositing layer 4. On a bottom face of a second block 10, a latticed protruding pattern 11 is formed. An organic high polymer sheet having elasticity, for example, a urethane rubber sheet 12 is arranged so as to cover the protruding pattern 11 ranging from the bottom face of the second block 10 to its top face. The acute angles of the synthetic diamond particles 3 which are facing the protruding pattern 11 bite a film 13 selectively and for a fixed depth under buffer action of the organic high polymer sheet 12 so as to punch mechanically. |
