PURPOSE:To improve quality of a tire by stoving ethylene tetrafluoride resin to a surface of a split rim for holding the tire in contact with a tire bead and silver-stone processing it. CONSTITUTION:A lower rim 2 is annularly formed at a central axis 1 as a center. Ethylene tetrafluoride resin is stoved on an entire periphery of a contact part 4 of a surface of the rim 2 in contact with a tire bead 3, and silver-stone processed. Accordingly, when the tire is fed to a center of a tire cooler, the rim 2 is lifted and the bead 3 is brought into contact with the rim 2 to be applied with a circular pressure, the bead 3 is concentrically grasped by the part 4 having high slide, accurately grasped and cooled, and hence quality of the tire is improved. |
