FRONT SHELL OF MASTER VAC

摘要

An improved reinforcing plate (20) for the front shell of a brake booster is provided for allowing the rigidity of the front shell and the light-weight structure of the brake booster. The reinforcing plate to be spot-welded on the inner surface of the front shell has a couple of bolt holes (17) which are formed on the opposite side each other and allow the fastening bolts to pass through and to fasten a hydraulic cylinder to the front shell. The unnecessary part (&thgr;) of the reinforcing plate is removed in an acurate shape oppositely formed on both sides, so that the remained part sustaining the bolt holes may be formed with the center angle in the range of 79.7˜124 deg.
