When the designed fixing element loosens (18) and the piston, under the sway of a spring, shifts to the lower part, the active powder or liquid substance, in a dispersed condition, is sunk in this tank from the usual inhaler (22), connected to the tank (10). The patient (29), who can be a child or a grown-up suffering from reduced pulmonary potential can inhale the air and the active substance dispersed in it from the tank (10). You have to inhale through the blower (23) with fitted valves (26), (27), opening on one side. Between the blower component (23) and the tank (10), an additional chamber can be fitted.
