<p>PURPOSE:To provide automatic wicket equipment in which illegal entrainment such as Kiseru entrainment (going by rail paying only for the first and last sections of the ride) is found out mechanically and regulated. CONSTITUTION:The automatic wicket equipment is an equipment 14 reading valid section information indicating available riding on a ticket medium and executing wicket processing and is provided with a storage means 23 storing own station information, a valid direction discrimination means discriminating the valid direction based on the valid section information read from the ticket medium and the own station information stored by the storage means 23, a notice means notifying the valid direction discriminated by the valid direction discrimination means. When a customer uses a commuter ticket 28 to pass through a wicket, the valid direction discrimination means discriminates whether the commuter ticket 28 is used for an incoming station or an outgoing station, the notice means notifies the result of discrimination to provide a different notice to a customer alighting from a train different from legal alighting from a notice given to lots of legal customers.</p> |
